WHAT IS MEANT BY UNDERWATER RESCUE SERVICE
Sub Sea Services is available for the recovery of wrecks and vessels in distress. Operations are possible thanks to the use of special equipment to inspect the seabed and detect submerged objects, and specialised vehicles for lifting and transportation. The staff guarantees complete assistance to customers, evaluating each time the tools and techniques to be used in order to achieve the objective.
COLLABORATION IN MAJOR PROJECTS
In cooperation with T&T Marine Salvage, Sub Sea Services has carried out important work in the Mediterranean. Among them, the design of the Costa Concordia salvage is worth mentioning. The project was among the top three (although not a winner) and attracted the interest of London Offshore Consultants Limited who invited us to discuss the details at their London office.
MARITIME rescue
Our company in Civitavecchia offers Diving Rescue Service and also deals with the following activities:
- project management;
- salvage assistance with naval engineers and architects;
- underwater and instrumental surveys for the collection of site information;
- salvage of boats in difficulty;
- salvage of stranded or sunken vessels;
- wreck cutting and demolition;
- recovery of hydrocarbons & pollutants (oils) from sunken ships;
- cargo/precious cargo recovery from underwater and/or sunken ships;
- temporary repair of compromised structures;
- complementary services in cooperation with Salvage Companies and subcontractors.
