RISK ASSESSMENT OF UNDERWATER ACTIVITIES
In terms of safety, unlike many of the underwater work companies in the area, Sub Sea Services has improved its pre-assessment processes for risks specific to underwater activities and work at height year after year. In addition, the company has implemented specialised 'in-house' staff training in accordance with the highest safety standards. The aim is to create a routine on safety checks to protect oneself and others. Since 1995, in fact, Sub Sea Services has held 'Zero Accident' status!

As the General Manager of Sub Sea Services, Stefano De Giovanni, rightly said during a safety-themed conference: 'Safety is our priority and it is our battle banner. It is unacceptable that, today, there is talk of a diving accident when there is knowledge and awareness of the correct practice of hyperbaric activity. It is also not right that people lose their lives because they rely on companies that are not equipped and lack any technical knowledge on the subject.
The commitment of the staff of Sub Sea Services is to improve the knowledge of anyone interested in change by providing a range of support to promote safety and enforcement. We will not be satisfied until the companies' behaviour becomes safe and the state and maintenance of the equipment adequate.
