Diving helmets used for maritime or underwater work guarantee the operator maximum comfort and complete safety thanks to the implementation of specific devices and functionalities.
USE OF MATERIALS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CE REGULATIONS
The helmet used by Sub Sea Services is CE certified according to the current EN250:2000 - A1:2006 - EN15333:2008 regulations. These diving helmets are equipped with a dedicated 100-meter umbilical tube complete with pathways for gas supply, communication, pneumo, light power, coaxial vacuum, and camera feed.
The cameras installed on these helmets are Outland Technology UWC 325/P color mini cameras (CCD 379000 Pixel, Sensitivity 0.01 lux, resolution 480 horizontal lines), allowing for underwater photography and filming.
UTILIZATION FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF INTERVENTIONS
The Kirby Morgan helmet features an air inlet designed to prevent glass fogging and obstructed vision. The product is equipped with safety valves, pressure stabilizers, and a communication system with the surface. The models used by Sub Sea Services include KM17, KMB18, KMB28, KM37, KM77, and KM Diamond.
Thanks to their features, Kirby Morgan KM37 and KM77 are employed in interventions on submerged installations, subsurface investigations, and specialized work in industrial, scientific, energy, and construction sectors.
